Since lenses are customized to your specs, orders cannot be exchanged or returned once production begins.

Contact lenses cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging is opened.

We do not offer cash refunds once the sale is finalized.

Please collect your order within 60 days of notification. The company is not liable for orders left beyond this period.

Please visit us within 7 days if you feel any discomfort. Delaying the follow-up may hinder the technical resolution of the issue.
